to a successful remote product development model is
a process. We will work with you – moving through

following steps – to ensure that when you embrace remote
product development that you will quickly experience

First Phase-Readiness Assessment:
Are
you ready to move to a remote product model? Do you
have the right processes
in place? Are your methodologies written down or do
you have a less formal approach? We will work with you
to assess your readiness to move to a remote product
development model.
Second Phase Transition to RPD:
Working
from a base transition plan, together, we map out the
best strategies for applying the lessons of the assessment.
Together we work together to identify a core group of
individuals that will be involved in the transition
process. This stage includes such milestones as assigning
Navaya resources to RPD team, set up remote development
and QA environments, establish communications infrastructure
and channels, knowledge transfer and setting up best
practice methodologies.
Third Phase Remote Product Development (RPD):
Your
team is now ready and set up to go- Working under your
direction, a Remote Product Manager is your primary
point of contact and providing daily supervision to
your remote team. Your remote team is now working as
an extension of your state-side development team.
