Product Management Manager
Responsible for working with client Executive Management and Technical staff
to evaluate and make recommendations regarding the Product Development Process. Prepare a detailed proposal for providing remote development resources and the development of a transition plan. Consult with Product Management Group, Engineering Group and Sales & Marketing Group within client organizations to ensure development and maintenance of a product roadmap that reflects the priorities of customers and affected groups within
the client. Ensure that appropriate communication and dynamics exist between a local, incumbent development team and a new, remote development team. Work with a client at the beginning of an engagement to implement the recommended product development process changes. Provide project management for a client’s local development team and their interaction with
the recently hired remote development team. Provide Account Management and Project Management for completion of a pilot development project using remote resources. Review and as required develop functional specifications.
